I started Millennial Friend because I kept seeing friends and colleagues struggling with flyers, scheduling, and tech. I realized many talented people were stuck on things that could be simple with a little help.
My mission is to bridge the gap between your talent and the digital tools required to share it professionally. I’m thoughtful, patient, and detail-oriented, and I focus on helping people shape their digital materials into something clear, usable, and easy to share – so their work is ready when opportunities come up.
“ I am a proud, card-carrying geriatric Gen Xer and the parent of a son born in the 1990s. Which means I learned very early that I was no longer the smartest person in the room—especially when technology entered the chat. When I got my first smartphone, I relied entirely on my son to teach me how to use it. Every question was met with a sigh, an eye roll, and some version of, “It’s faster if I just do it. You’re never going to get this.”
I’m a comedian who started my career in the ’90s, back when marketing meant mailing a black-and-white headshot and a VHS tape and praying someone owned a VCR. Fast forward to today, and suddenly I’m supposed to understand algorithms, analytics, platforms, and content strategies. I was overwhelmed, intimidated, and one password reset away from giving up completely.
Enter My Millennial Friend.
This service is a lifesaver for Gen Xers like me who didn’t grow up swiping, streaming, or “just Googling it.” I avoided the marketing side of my business for years because everything went digital and I felt completely lost. As a result, I missed opportunities simply because my materials weren’t current—and my stress level was through the roof.
What took me years of frustration, Jordyn (the actual millennial) fixed in a matter of days. She speaks fluent Internet, understands current trends, and somehow translated all of it into words I could actually understand. She revamped my website, created promotional materials, helped design merchandise, and then showed me how to market it at my shows—resulting in a revenue increase of over 90%. Yes. Ninety. Percent.
Jordyn is professional, detail-oriented, endlessly patient, and—most importantly—never once made me feel dumb for asking questions like, “Where did my email go?” or “Why does my phone do that?” She explains things clearly, calmly, and without judgment, which alone is worth the price of admission.
If you’re a Gen Xer or Boomer, and someone like me who finds today’s technology overwhelming, My Millennial Friend isn’t just helpful—it’s necessary. ”
Let me know your needs and which package you’re considering.
Send over whatever you have—links, bio, photos, videos, shows, etc. It doesn’t have to be organized.
I’ll design and structure everything into a polished site (and one-sheet if applicable), then complete a round of revisions.
You’ll leave with a streamlined professional digital presence as a shareable link (and/or PDF), making it easy for fans to find you and for bookers to get in touch.
